Anton Semenov

This is a surreal image by an artist named Anton Semenov, what I really like about this image is the use of only one part of the human body to create something quite unexpected and that it turns into a recognizable form.

Ilana Yahav

Sand Artist

The link above contains a video that is essentially a woman who uses sand and a light box/projector to create images that she shows for a moment then throws more sand over and creates a whole new image. It's really quite amazing. I really like it because it uses silhouettes to show an image and the medium being sand makes it even more amazing.

Chris Fraser

I was surfing around on the web when I stumbled upon this artist, Chris Fraser. He has an interestingly cut slit in a room and then simply lets light from the outside create this astonishing image!

Purple Triangle Light

In this image, James Turrell uses the corner of a room and some lights to create what looks like a 3-D triangle. I really like how it's all 2-D in the sense of it being lights on a wall, but the lines from the corners form what appears to be a 3-D image but you could go over and stand in that corner if you wanted.
